
One of the fastest ways to gain more energy is
to take a NAP after lunch.
As you've probably noticed, our blood rushes
from our head to our stomach (filled with food),
after lunch.
What that means for you is that your BRAIN
power is not working properly and your
energy naturally goes down (most of the time
for the REST of the ENTIRE day).
To prevent an energy breakdown as most
people experience, do the following:
Take a 10-40 minute nap after lunch!
CAUTION: Do not go longer or you will go
into deep sleep and will have a bad awakening.
To increase your energy, take a nap.
