What can you do if you are unhappy?
One simple strategy is to write about it.
Get out a journal, notebook, or whatever
when you are unhappy (depressed, sad,
angry, etc.), and write the following:
a. Describe in detail why you are unhappy
and after you did that
b. Describe in detail what you want instead
Test it and see what happens!
